I have the game for some month on my IPad 2 and I have spent quite some money on different items of the game. Now I got the new IPad and I can’t access the game in my new IPad. What can I do ?

The app will not work on my iPad but will work on my boyfriend’s iPod. Can you please help me figure out what is wrong?
